Advanced Robotics Club
Already familiar with building and programming basic LEGO Mindstorm robots? This is the club for you! Bring your robotics skills and learn more to accomplish a series of fun challenges! This group will meet twice a week for one month. For ages 10+

CSI Pittsville: The Mystery of the Missing Diamonds!
Join us as we use science to solve the crime! Forensic Science is a popular way to get kids interested in science! Students will get to perform detailed experiments to determine which of four suspects is responsible for stealing diamonds from a jewelry store. Projects include dusting and fuming for fingerprints, fingerprint analysis, chromatography and ink analysis, blood type analysis (using simulated blood samples), and fiber analysis using a flame test. Pre-registration is required.
